754 Fraser St

Michael Brown has submitted a request for a variance on 754 Fraser Street on May 8.  This variance will be reviewed by ONS on June 3, 2008. 

Summary

The lot on 754 Fraser St is 30 ft wide.  Mr. Brown has requested to reduce the sideyard setback from 5 ft to 3 ft on both sides of the lot.  This would allow for a 24 ft wide home.  The lot currently only allows for a 20 ft home, the minimum allowed in the Summerhill Overlay
